Club Member Passes

Notes from our President, Bobbi Cope

Sagel Prosser died unexpectedly on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Sagel may have actually been the youngest member of our club, and he had been coming to it far longer than most of the current membership - more than twenty-five years!  He came with his father Alan, and grandfather Bill, ever since he was a very young boy.  He brought smiles to the elder members while helping to serve dinner in his man sized white jacket which involved quite a bit of sleeve-rolling-up! If only we had a picture of little Saj in his white jacket with his father and grandfather beaming on either side of him.

Sagel became a club member a few years ago and had joined the weekly bowling league, teamed up with his father, Alan, for many hours of camaraderie and fun competition.

He attended Friday dinners with his girlfriend, Brenna, sometimes bringing along other friends and helping to carry on the multigenerational tradition of the Woodfords Club. Personal condolences may be sent to his parents.  Sagel Prosser will be missed.
