Master Gardener Program

On Friday, October 10, join University of Maine's Cooperative Extension talk where they will share their Master Gardener program with those wanting to learn more about sustainable gardening and practical, research-based solutions for your gardens and your yard.

With years of experience in home horticulture and commercial agriculture, experts help beginning gardeners achieve successful harvests, encourage gardeners and commercial farmers to donate excess produce to those in need, and use gardening as a vehicle to develop communities.

Gardeners of vegetables, fruit, flowers, lawns, woody/ornamental perennials, or landscape trees in Maine will be highly interested in this program.

Attendance is open to the general public and free of charge. And it’s after dinner for club members.
